How many children each day are you licensed to take? 59

What are the hours of operation? 8.00 – 5.30 pm

Is there a late fee? A late fee of $2 per minute for the first 10 minutes applies and $10 per minute there after.

Do we provide food? No, we request that parents provide morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea if children are staying past 3.30pm

Do children rest? Yes, our Preschoolers rest on beds from about 12.30 and our Preps rest quietly.  Children are never made to rest or sleep.

How many children in each class? There are 20 children in each Prep Room (2 Prep Rooms) and 19 in the Preschool Room (3 yr olds)

What is the staff to child ratio? We comply with the Education and Care Services and ensure that there is 1 adult to every 10 children.  Each room has an Early Childhood trained teacher and an Aide.

How do I enroll? It’s important that you complete a waiting list form.  Send this to the School along with your $100 application fee.  We’ll send you a letter of receipt.  You may like to pop in and visit (and we encourage this).  Enrolments for the following year begin June each year.  A formal offer of enrolment will be given via phone.  Offerings of positions are based on date order of waiting list application received.

When is the Centre closed? The Centre provides care 48 weeks of the year and closes over the Christmas New Year period.

Do you charge for public holidays? No

Do I still pay if my child is away due to illness or holidays? Yes, to keep your position, you are still required to pay for absences.
