Notice of De-Registration
Please note that notification of the intent to de-register from Hills Adventist College must be given ONE TERM in advance. The de-registration form should be completed and submitted to the College office.


Exit Survey

We would appreciate all families whose child/ren leave our College before Year 12 complete an exit survey to provide us with important feedback to ensure our continued growth and development.  Please complete the survey below.

Thank you for being part of our College community. We acknowledge that the decision to change schools is a significant one. To help us better understand the reason/s for your decision, we ask that you complete the following exit survey. Your comments and thoughts will help us to improve our service to students and parents and, where possible, address any issues.

Please not that the completed form will be forwarded to our Director of Education Dr Jean Carter and our principal.

Your responses will be kept in confidence and will only be viewed by the Directors of Education and principal.
